PADLOCK symbol
As shown above this symbol occurs mostly on Facebook, Yahoo, Gmail, google etc .To know more about padlock click on padlock symbol and get more info about the site.
Check URL carefully
simply use only official domains
https://www.facebook.com
https://www.gmail.com
https://www.google.com
don’t click on long url’s because they are not trustworthy and there is chance of phishing.
PHISH TANK
This is a website to check that the particular site or page is phished or not
just go to
>enter the URL whom you want to check & click on is it a phish.
so these are the 3 methods to check phishing sites, just follow them and be safe from phishing attacks.
